Rental Requirements
To keep the process simple and protect our inventory, every rental requires:
Valid photo identification
A government-issued photo ID must be presented by the person responsible for the rental.
Valid card on file
A valid credit or debit card must remain on file for the duration of the rental.
Rental agreement
The renter must review and accept our rental terms before receiving the bins.
No security deposit
We do not collect a security deposit.
Your card may be charged only as authorized under the rental agreement for things such as:
- Missing or unreturned bins
- Missing lids
- Damage beyond normal wear
- Late returns
- Approved rental extensions
- Other agreed charges
Normal wear from ordinary moving use is expected.
